My focus is on the sales and leasing of plaza offices and centrally located shops throughout Beşiktaş.

My business experience, my "Outside-In" perspective, and the strength of my national and international marketing network make me a highly attractive real estate agent in this commercial real estate segment, in my opinion.

However, my service in this segment has been extremely limited over time.

Despite my high motivation, I've been asked, "Have you sold or rented similar properties before?" in all my interviews.

This question should be asked as a criterion. My main focus here, in many interviews, was on its primary importance.

My fundamental assessment of property owners who consider this criterion to be the primary determinant is that they "focus on the label and the style rather than the quality or content of the service provided."

People working in every sector or segment didn't have the experience they needed. They started somewhere.

For me, the fundamental path in my real estate activities is this: "I'm convinced of the work I do, the value I can create. Am I the right resource?"

A person can lie to themselves, but the inner voice has the final say. You can't fool that voice.

If that voice agrees, the rest is simply a matter of finding the right properties and finding the right opportunities to meet the right owners.
