A Valuation Requested for a Business for Sale in Beşiktaş Bazaar

This week, I spoke with a business owner who contacted me online.

They said they have a cafe in Beşiktaş Bazaar that they've been operating for four years and want to sell it. First, I went to see the place. I took measurements with my laser meter.

Then I sent them my list of questions regarding the business transfer, and they responded.
