A while ago, I contacted a property representative who happened to be an acquaintance of the property owner.

I haven't contacted him since.

He called me yesterday and said he was in direct contact with senior management at major construction companies throughout Beşiktaş, particularly those working on mid- to high-end urban transformation projects, and that if there were any relevant locations, we could move forward together.

When I answered the phone, he began:

"Mr. Özkan, you're a real estate professor in Beşiktaş."

When I told him I was doing my best with my organization, he gave me the following feedback:

"Mr. Özkan, I've been following your work. However, your portfolios frequently appear in other places."
